The market is positive in noon deals. Out of 1,727 stocks traded on the BSE so far 890 stocks have advanced, while 570 stocks have declined. Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Auto and HCL Technologies have slipped over 1.5 per cent each at Rs. 396, Rs. 2,600 and Rs. 1,630 . while ACC, Cipla and ITC have jumped around 2 per cent each at Rs. 1,448, Rs. 635 and Rs. 361,
